The Communication Arts Department is expected to move out of the third floor of Veazey Hall and relocate to Sanford Hall in the near future. “We have been informed that we have been recommended to move to Sanford, pending approval by the Board of Regents,” Dr. Pam Bourland-Davis, department chair of communication arts, said. Students protested last February with the creation of the “Save Veazey” campaign when students were notified that communication arts classrooms were being renovated to be used by the College of Graduate Studies.
